What are you going to do with your day?

Some mornings I wake up and it feels like a wave cresting, some mornings the wav is already breaking when I wake up, and sometimes it’s just a tidal pull, in which case I keep aware of that undertow.  I like to greet the daylight, and greet myself, thinking about what my highest and most fun aspirations are for that day, my greatest passions — and tune into that. If I’ve had a really loud dream that catches my attention I commune with that for a while because there’s bound to be a message there, if I take the time to capture it before it evaporates. I step into the first moments of being upright trusting that while the worldly world may or may not have my best interests at heart, I sure do, and I wish the best for everybody in the world, in the way of expanding our consciousness. We’re all in on this crazy project together, each on our unique little trip, planting gardens and making messes, testing our limits and contending with the inexorable life force that flows through us.  What are you going to do with your day?
